Tech Gives Back Kickoff Party!

The 2014 Tech Gives Back campaign is just around the corner, and we encourage you to get involved! This year, Tech Gives Back is partnering up with OrgOrg to spread the word as far as we can.

Join us for our first ever Tech Gives Back Kick Off event on Thursday November 13 at Disqus HQ in San Francisco! Any proceeds from the event will be donated to our worthy nonprofits, SF Food Bank and SF Goodwill. Bring your friends and come mingle with folks all across the tech industry who want to make a difference for the San Francisco Bay Area!

FUN FACTS TIME!

• For every $1 you donate, SF Food Bank can distribute $6 worth of food

• More than 80% of Goodwill's revenue comes from selling goods generously donated by Bay Area residents, which provides job placement services and structured on-the-job training for people ready to transform their lives

50+ tech companies and startups joined together last year to collectively raise $100,000 worth of food distributed, donations, and services. Let's beat that record this year!

Every year brings a call for more donations from people in need from our community. We invite you to answer the call, and making the holidays a little brighter for everyone in our local neighborhood.
